Sinalcabo reinforces its performance in the Construction and Maintenance of Infrastructures.

Lightening and/or Reinforcement of Infrastructures in Mobile Network Sites.

It was the beginning of 1996 when, in a casual conversation, I was awakened to a new business, at the time taking its first steps in Portugal, which consisted of providing cable television service.

The year 2020 wanted us to be separated, but we have the sign that unites us.
That's why we call for unity, and together we will achieve all the goals outlined for 2021.

Sinalcabo is proud to announce that it has reached the fantastic mark of 100 installed electric vehicle chargers.

We take the opportunity to congratulate all the employees of Sinalcabo and especially Eng. António Serrano and Pedro Sá, who contributed with their excellent work and leadership skills, making our group's dream come true.

Sinalcabo Group has recently started a new business area –Electric Vehicles Charging (EVC) Solutions.

Our strategy focuses on continuously invest in innovation, following and leading market trends.

We have the capacity and skills to provide our Clients with turnkey solutions, namely:

• Provision of all services necessary for the installation, connection and commissioning of Chargers and Charging Stations;
• Delivery of charging equipments;
• Provision of systems and software for front-desk, commercial and financial management;
• Provision of all preventive and corrective maintenance services for Chargers and Charging Stations.

Our solutions are designed to meet the needs of all relevant market segments, more concretely:

In August 2018 Sinalcabo signed a new contract with the prestigious Global Technology Provider - Huawei.

This contract is in the framework of the SRAN Modernization Project of NOS Mobile Networks in the Central / Northern Region of Portugal.

In this project, Sinalcabo's contribution focuses on the services of Survey, Project, Stability Study, Infrastructure Construction and Suitability, Dismantling of Old Equipment, Installation of New Equipment and Radiant Systems.

Sinalcabo is fully committed to contribute to the success of Huawei and NOS in this project.

In October 2017, Sinalcabo created its new Mobile Networks Engineering Department, headed by our colleague Pedro Figueira.

The first contract began in January 2018. Our Direct Client is the prestigious International Vendor - NOKIA, within the framework of the SRAN Modernization Project of NOS Mobile Networks in the South Region of Portugal.

In this project, Sinalcabo's contribution focuses on the services of Survey, Project, Stability Study, Infrastructure Construction and Suitability, Dismantling of Old Equipment, Installation of New Equipment and Radiant Systems.

Sinalcabo is fully committed, in order to make a decisive contribution to the success of NOKIA and NOS.

In April 2018 Sinalcabo started the construction and adaptation of the NOS FTTH Network.

This contract covers the activities Survey, Design, Construction, Optical Links and Optical Test.

Sinalcabo thus contributes to the development and expansion of the NOS FTTH network, strengthening once again the partnership with NOS.

It is with great satisfaction and commitment that we appreciate the confidence placed by the US on our team.

In June 2017, due to the excellent performance recorded in the last three years, Sinalcabo has renewed its SP Global contract with Customer NOS for the next 5 years, which guarantees wide territorial expansion. 

This expansion also allowed increasing the geographical coverage of Sinalcabo's cable service to 800,000 homes, in addition to an area served by satellite TV service. 

In September 2016, Sinalcabo started is activities in the field of energy namely in public works for the installation of power grids and lighting, private installations of power grids and transformer substations and also installations of internal power distribution and lighting in large stores in the Distribution sector.

In October 2017, Sinalcabo renewed the Certification for its Quality Management System (QMS) and successfully transitioned to Standard NP EN ISO 9001:2015, extending its scope to its energy activity.
